The Luxor Hotel & Casino, popular with families and adults alike for their holiday to Las Vegas, opened in 1993 and boasts in excess of 4,400 rooms located in either the original 30 story pyramid or the two additional towers, built 5 years afterwards. The guest rooms and suites are located all along the outer walls of the pyramid leaving the interior open. The casino at the Luxor has undergone a recent modernisation and at 120,000 square feet is one of the largest in Las Vegas offering an array of slot and table games, a poker room and a race and sportsbook.
