Because of the size and unmatched beauty of the beach, it plays a large part in the fun available at Galley Bay. Apart from swimming and sunbathing there is plenty of real activity to get your teeth into. The hotel offers a range of non-powered craft such as kayaks, Sunfish sailing boats, windsurfers and Hobie cats to enjoy and, for those who aren’t familiar with these items, instructors are on hand to assist.
If you prefer to get your action on land then the tennis courts and jogging trails are the answer. There is also a fully-equipped fitness centre where you can continue your training schedule or perhaps start a new one. A recent addition to the resort is the new Beachfront Yoga Pavilion. When you're done working out, the resort's freshwater swimming pool is the perfect place to cool off and enjoy a swim, or perhaps just relax on a lounger and enjoy a cocktail or two.
A little bit of pampering never comes amiss, especially when you’re on holiday, and the hotel's spa, Indulge, will provide all the pampering you will need. There is a full range of beauty and spa treatments and a range outdoor treatment cabanas on stilts.
As part of its all-inclusive tariff meals are included in the holiday price at the Galley Bay. All restaurants are beachfront and a la carte. Buffet options are available for breakfast and there is also a weekly barbecue.
