The Four Queens Hotel is located in downtown Las Vegas which lies a couple of miles north of the Las Vegas Strip. This part of the city is often called "Old Vegas" and is certainly a cheaper alternative than staying on the pricey Las Vegas Strip. There are many restaurants, bars, clubs and casinos in the area as well as pedestrianised Fremont Street which lies right outside the hotel's front door. Fremont Street is renowned for the incredible free light and sound show which is played nightly for the city's many visitors. The hotel can best be described as a traditional style gaming and entertainment establishment.
