Almost unique among Caribbean hotels, we have nine well-maintained tennis courts, including four which are floodlit for cooler, night-time play and one for children to shoot some basketball hoops. Rackets and balls are provided on a complimentary basis. Professional instruction is also available for all levels, as are group and one-on-one lessons. Carlisle Bay also run complimentary clinics in their weekly activities program.

Blue Spa is a large facility with six treatment rooms, including a couple's treatment room and a wet room, a treatment range from Natura Bissé, a sauna, plunge pools, a hair salon, juice bar and state-of-the-art gymnasium with Technogym equipment and a team of personal trainers.
